Juliette Vernhes joined the firm in September 2025 and works mainly in insolvency law, both in preventive proceedings (“mandat ad hoc,” conciliation) and collective proceedings (safeguard, receivership, and judicial liquidation).

She assists both judicial representatives in the performance of their duties and debtors, whom she supports in managing their difficulties and implementing solutions adapted to each situation.

More generally, she works in commercial law, both in litigation and advice, alongside companies facing various legal issues in the course of their business.
