Frédéric Lamoureux and Jean Petreschi become partners

Saint Louis Avocats has announced the appointment of Frédéric Lamoureux and Jean Petreschi to the rank of partner.

Drawing on broad generalist expertise in business law, extensive in-house legal experience within companies of various sizes and across different sectors, and a particular knowledge of commercial justice having served as a judge at the Paris Commercial Court, Frédéric Lamoureux supports his clients closely in the development of their activities, both at the advisory stage and in amicable or contentious proceedings.

Jean Petreschi, a member of the Paris Bar and of the Bar of the United Kingdom (London), regularly acts for French and foreign companies requiring cross-disciplinary strategic and legal support in business law, in particular on their mergers and acquisitions or fundraising transactions. He also regularly handles commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings for directors and companies.
