SAINT-LOUIS AVOCATS is pleased to have advised the GAMBARO family on the sale of the FLOREAL Clinic, located in Bobigny, to the ALMAVIVA group.
The team was composed of Jean-Paul PETRESCHI, Charlotte LADROYE and Jean PETRESCHI on the transactional legal aspects, as well as Elisa Cacheux on the employment law aspects.
This is the second sale completed for the ALMAVIVA group this year by the firm, following the sale of the MAYMARD Clinic in Bastia last March.
